After you submit the form, our team will review your details and send you a personalized quote via email within 48 hours. We’ll include ideas and options to help create a memorable and unique romantic event, with guidance and support every step of the way.
Payment Notice
Submitting this form is free of charge. Once your quote is approved, an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit will be sent to secure your date (applied to the final balance). The remaining balance will be due 4 days before the event, after all details are finalized.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 4 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit remains non-refundable), while cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to costs already incurred. For full details, visit: idoproposal.com/terms.
