My name is Katherinne Moreira, and I’m a luxury Proposal and Event Planner with an eye for detail and a passion for creating unforgettable proposals.
From Brazil I arrived in Puerto Rico in 2014. I fell in love instantly, with the island, the people, the culture, and the way everything made me feel at home.
The adaptation felt natural, and I’ve lived through some intense seasons here: hurricanes, earthquakes, a global pandemic… and through it all, I witnessed this island rise, rebuild, and regain its strength, which only deepened my love for this place.
In 2020, with the birth of my son, came the desire to build something meaningful and create a life with freedom and purpose. By 2022, I found myself in the world of events and quickly discovered a special passion for proposals.
I still remember the first proposal I organized: A lovely couple on the beach, with a simple setup full of emotion. I cried with them, I celebrated with them… and in that moment, I realized this was more than just a job. It was about connection, purpose, and love.
Since then, I’ve organized over 500 proposals, from the most intimate to the most luxurious, and became one of the most sought-after professionals on the island for this kind of experience.
Creating I DO was my way of combining the love I feel for this island with the desire to express my own essence. I knew it was time to create something that would give my clients the care and attention their moment truly deserves. I DO was born from that calling: to celebrate love with intention, emotion, and purpose.

We’ll work closely with you to discover what makes your relationship unique and brainstorm as many ideas as possible. Then, we’ll present them visually so you can pick the perfect one. After that, we’ll take care of everything from vendors to all the little details that make the moment unforgettable.
What do I need before proposing?
You’ll need a ring, a location, a proposal idea, vendors and décor, and your speech. Sometimes a parent’s blessing is important. Once these are ready, your proposal will be set for success!
What is your weather policy?
Although Puerto Rico usually enjoys beautiful weather, rain or high winds can occasionally occur. We monitor the forecast closely and will inform you if rescheduling is necessary. For a 40% chance of rain, we reserve the right to reschedule outdoor events or discuss alternative options, such as indoor setups, if available. Please note that any indoor locations must be provided by the client.
High winds may prevent the use of items like umbrellas, arches, cabanas, balloons, or marquees. In these cases, we can explore alternatives or reschedule to ensure you fully enjoy your event.
Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds due to weather conditions.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Once your event is confirmed and your deposit is received, we do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, you may reschedule your event if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduled events can be held within 6 months, subject to I Do’s availability.
What happens if I'm running late?
Punctuality is very important. We kindly ask you to arrive on time to fully enjoy your event.
If you arrive late, your event will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be provided.
After one hour of delay or a no-show, we reserve the right to break down the event.
No refunds or rescheduling will be available.
How far in advance should I book my proposal?
We recommend reaching out 1–2 months before your intended date. We can sometimes plan as fast as 72 hours ahead if available. During peak times (Christmas and Valentine’s), book as soon as possible.
Can you do my proposal on any beach in Puerto Rico?
Yes! We can work with your favorite beach, but all events must follow municipal permits. Make sure to book early so we have enough time to get the required permit.
What does a proposal planner do?
A proposal planner makes your proposal stress-free and memorable. We help you create the idea, coordinate vendors, source décor, and make sure every detail goes smoothly.
